SHIPPING:

Item purchased will be shipped out within 1-2 business days after payment is made in full. (unless ordering a custom piece, in which case, shipment will be 7-14 business days after payment)

Shipping Methods:
I ship USPS First Class mail with tracking. If you would like additional protection on your items (insurance, etc) please contact me and I will send you an invoice.

International Shipping Time-line:
International shipping is usually quick but in rare occasions it can take up to 6 weeks. Contact me if you would like to add a faster shipping method to your order.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Damaged Items:
If your purchase was damaged during shipping,please return your purchase. I will send out new items once your items have been returned. (Due to the fact that all of my handmade treasures are unique, and exact replica of the damaged item may not be possible to make, but I will try my hardest to make a duplicate.

Lost package: Once the package is delivered to the post office, Otis out of my hands and I cannot be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances leading to a package not being delivered. All of my packages are mailed directly from the post office with tracking. Please contact me to purchase insurance on your package if you'd like. 

* lost is described as a package not making it to its intended destination after a 4 week time period (for domestic shipments only) according to the USPS tracking. I am not responsible for packages delivered but never received do to theft or wrong address given on original order.  

Because international shipping does not have tracking available, I cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Insurance should be purchased by the customer. 

Refund:

I accept returns on jewelry minus shipping costs within one week of receiving your item. Contact me first please. I cannot accept refunds or exchanges on clothing.
